We do not sell, share, trade, or disclose your information to any third party without your express written consent, except where required by applicable law or court order.

Our commitment to confidentiality applies to all forms of communication — in-person consultations, phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Every member of our team is bound by this standard.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Mutual protection for sensitive matters.

For matters involving sensitive business information, proprietary strategies, personal affairs, or any situation where additional legal protection is warranted, Clark Counsel Group is prepared to enter into a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the exchange of confidential information.

NDAs may be initiated by either party and will be drafted to protect the interests of all involved. We treat every engagement — with or without a formal NDA — as a confidential matter.

If your situation requires an NDA before consultation begins, please indicate this when booking your appointment or contact us directly. We will ensure the appropriate documentation is in place before any sensitive information is discussed.

Refund Policy

Fair, clear, and straightforward.

Consultation Deposits: Deposits submitted to secure a consultation appointment are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Service Retainers: Retainer fees are credited toward services rendered. If a project is cancelled before work commences, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the scope of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Completed Services: No refunds are issued for services that have been fully rendered. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly — we are committed to making it right.
